Welcome to Clarity Counseling

At Clarity Counseling, we keep it human. We respond when you reach out. We listen like it matters—because it does. And we’ll always do our best to help you find support, even if it’s not with us.

Our Brookhaven-based practice serves clients across Georgia through in-person and virtual therapy. Whether you're overwhelmed, anxious, navigating identity or family issues, or just plain tired of holding it all together—we meet you where you are and walk with you from there.

What Makes Us Different

Responsive & Available
We’re not the therapists who take a week to return a call. We’re accessible, direct, and serious about helping you feel supported from day one.

No Therapy Persona
You’ll get a real person in the room—one who listens, laughs, challenges you, and doesn’t hide behind buzzwords.

Intentional Care, Not a Therapy Mill
We’re a small team, and we plan to stay that way. That means more presence, more follow-through, and therapy that feels tailored—not templated.

Who We Help

We work especially well with:

  • Anxious professionals who feel like they’re falling apart behind the scenes

  • Parents who love their kids but are quietly drowning in stress and self-doubt

  • First-gen adults balancing cultural expectations, success pressure, and complicated family ties

  • Young adults and students in life transitions—starting school, finishing, or trying to “adult”

  • LGBTQ+ clients looking for affirming, grounded support

  • Individuals questioning their relationships (but not necessarily looking for couples therapy)

Meet Our Team

Jennifer Shaw, LCSW – Founder & Therapist
Jennifer works with anxious professionals, burned-out parents, and people trying to figure out whether to stay in, leave or recalibrate a relationship. She's known for being honest, accessible, and deeply present in session.

Keji Ita, LMSW
Keji supports perfectionists, first-gen adults, and those unraveling toxic family dynamics. Her approach is calm, thoughtful, and deeply attuned to the realities of navigating both internal and cultural pressure.

Jessie Catchpole, APC
Jessie brings energy and heart to her work with students, tween and teens (8+), and LGBTQ+ young adults. She especially loves helping folks through transitional times like starting college, launching a career, or redefining adulthood.
