Jessie Catchpole, APC
(She/Her)
Therapist for Young Adults, Students, and LGBTQ+ Clients Figuring Life Out
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy.Who I work best with:
Life transitions are messy. Whether you're starting school, finishing it, exploring identity, or just trying to stay afloat while everything shifts around you, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s next.
I work with teens, college students, and young adults navigating identity, anxiety, change, and all the big feelings that come with growing up in today’s world. My clients describe me as warm, affirming, and easy to talk to—even when the topic is hard.
People tend to find me when...
They’re overwhelmed with school, social pressure, or life expectations
They’ve recently come out or are exploring their identity
They’re stuck in a “what now?” moment after graduating or starting something new
They feel anxious, unmotivated, or disconnected from themselves
They want a therapist who’s supportive, nonjudgmental, and genuinely present
What to Expect
You won’t get blank stares or passive nods from me. Therapy with me is collaborative and real. I show up fully, and I create a space where you can too. You can talk openly, bring your whole self, and take your time. We’ll work together to build insight, strengthen coping, and help you feel more confident in who you are and where you’re headed.
