(He/Him)

Therapist for Couples Wanting To Work On Communication or Rebuild Trust, Individuals Focused On Changing Their Relationship With Substances, And Anyone Looking For Support With Life Stressors

I’m Here to Support You While You Figure Out Tough Life Stuff.

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, struggling with substance use, or living with anxiety or depression. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s happening in your life and find new ways forward.

I work with both individuals and couples, helping clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, and build healthier patterns of connection. I also specialize in substance use concerns, offering a harm-reduction approach that meets you where you are—without shame or pressure.

People tend to find me when...

  • Anxiety, depression, or life stressors become too heavy to carry alone

  • They are part of a couple who would like to improve communication and rebuild trust

  • They’ve decided that they’d like to change their relationship with a substance and want a therapist who will use a harm-reduction approach and non-judgmental perspective

What to Expect

In our sessions, you can expect openness, warmth, and respect. I’ll meet you where you are, honor your lived experience, and work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable.

I believe therapy should be collaborative and practical. Together, we’ll explore your goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies that make sense for your life. Whether it’s reducing anxiety, managing depressive symptoms, or addressing the impact of substances on your relationships, I strive to offer compassionate support and evidence-based tools.
