Who I work best with:

  • Professionals who need support with anxiety management and work-related stress

  • Students, adolescents and young adults

  • People looking to build routine into their lives or make a change in their daily lives

  • Those looking to boost their self-esteem and confidence

I believe all people should feel heard and supported to live an intentional life.

To me, therapy is about having an understanding and safe space to work through challenges in our lives. Through a compassionate approach, I work with clients to identify their needs, values and desires to build a foundation to be their best selves.

I use a strengths-based and person-centered approach, focusing on a holistic method to address the concerns that each client has. I incorporate mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills into sessions to assist clients in managing unhelpful thought patterns and difficult emotions.  My hope is that each client will have a better understanding of themselves and confidence in achieving their goals.

I especially enjoy working with young adults who are looking to make a change in their lives to become the most genuine version of themselves. This may look like improving self-esteem and confidence, building structure and routine into their daily lives, or managing daily responsibilities of work and/ or educational pursuits. I believe everyone has the right to self-determination and I work to meet clients where they are. I would be delighted to be a part of this new chapter in your life.
